Shipping policy

At Aligning Dots, every order is packed with care by our small team. Since our products are paper goods and are handled in limited batches, we request you to read this policy carefully before placing your order.

ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, unless stated otherwise on the product page or during sale, launch, or high-volume periods. Orders are not processed, packed, or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

SHIPPING TIMELINE
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes 3 to 8 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors such as serviceability, weather conditions, public holidays, operational delays, high order volumes, or regional logistics constraints.

In some cases, external supply or transport disruptions, including LPG-related shortages affecting delivery operations, may result in an additional delay of 1 to 2 business days.

DELIVERY COVERAGE
We currently ship across India, subject to serviceability by our delivery network. Certain remote or low-capacity delivery zones may experience slightly longer delivery timelines due to limited courier coverage or operational capacity in those areas. If your pincode is not serviceable, we may contact you for an alternate address or cancel the order, where applicable.

CASH ON DELIVERY
We offer Cash on Delivery on eligible orders and serviceable pincodes only. 

To ensure successful delivery, certain COD orders may require confirmation from the customer before dispatch. This confirmation may be requested over WhatsApp, SMS, or call using the contact details provided at checkout. If we are unable to reach you, or if we do not receive a confirmation within a reasonable time, we reserve the right to cancel the order. We also reserve the right to refuse or disable COD on selected orders, pincodes, or customers at our discretion. Repeated refusal of COD deliveries may result in future COD orders not being accepted.

By placing a COD order, you agree to ensure that:
• the shipping address and mobile number provided are accurate
• you or an authorised recipient are available to receive the order
• payment is made in full at the time of delivery

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared with you on your registered email address and/or phone number, where applicable. Please allow some time for the tracking link to become active after dispatch.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address, contact number, and email address at the time of placing the order. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or cancellations resulting from:
• incorrect or incomplete shipping details
• customer unavailability
• failure to respond to order confirmation messages, where required
• refusal to accept the order at the time of delivery

DELAYS AND DELIVERY ISSUES
While we aim to ensure timely delivery, there may occasionally be delays that are outside our control. If your order is taking longer than expected, you can write to us at aligningdotsxshop@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist.

DAMAGED OR TAMPERED PACKAGES
If your order arrives visibly damaged or appears tampered with, please record a clear unboxing video and email us at aligningdotsxshop@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please refer to our Returns, Replacements & Refund Policy.

SALE AND LAUNCH PERIODS
During launches, promotions, and sale periods, order processing and delivery timelines may be slightly longer than usual.
